SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via USPS 1-4 business days after order. A tracking number will be sent via email for your convenience. Be sure to check your spam folder if necessary.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please refer to tracking number and contact local post office for all inquires regarding package. NATALIEOALASKA is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once package is in the custody of USPS. Please double check that your delivery address is correct for this reason!
NO REFUNDS
NO refunds will be given once item is shipped. Sadly, fraudulent chargebacks are a real thing, so Quyana and Thank you for understanding.
However, please reach out via email regarding in store credit or exchanges!
RETURN SHIPPING
All shipping fees following initial order will be the responsibility of the customer. This includes returns and exchanges. All items must be in new condition and returned within one calendar week. P.S. Is your delivery address correct? Did you measure yourself for accuracy?
